The app shows "Unable to detect microSD card" after insertion.

Troubleshooting steps when the app cannot detect the inserted microSD card.

If the microSD card cannot be detected, please try the following:

  1. Make sure the TF format is FAT32.
  2. Unplug and reconnect the device's power cable to restart the device.
