Solar Wireless Battery Camera
User manual for the OHWOAI Battery-Powered Security Camera Kit with solar panel.
Before using this product, please read this manual carefully and keep it well. This instruction manual is for reference only.

LED Light Indicator Guide

5. Download App and Register Account
App Download and Installation
Search for "HonestView" in the App Store to download, or scan the QR code below.

- iOS: Requires iOS 9.0 or above
- Android: Requires Android 5.0 or above
Account Login
Account Registration / Login: If you are a new user, register an account. Enter your cell phone number or email address as your account number, set your password during registration, and then log in.
Third-party login: Click the icon of a third-party social app (e.g. Google, Apple) to jump to the app and log in after authorization.
6. Add the Camera to the App
Open the App. Tap "+" in the upper right corner, then scan the code to enter the interface.
Scan the QR code on the camera.

According to the prompts, confirm (✓) that the device indicator is blinking and tap Next.
Select or enter the Wi-Fi network and password you want to connect to, then tap Next.
Let the camera scan the app's QR code according to the prompts, then tap the Hear Beep button when you hear the beep from the camera.

Follow the prompts to complete the addition.
Other Ways to Add Cameras
- Open the App, tap "+" in the upper right corner to enter the scan interface.
- In the scanning interface, tap Other Add Methods.
- Select the first camera to scan its two-dimensional code to add it. (Then follow steps 3–6 above.)

8. Power Management
Tap "…" in the upper right corner, then tap Settings to enter the video recording settings. Switch to the appropriate power management mode for different usage needs.

The instructions in this manual describe the functions of the version at time of production and are for functional reference only. If there is a content update in a subsequent App version, please refer to your current version.
9. How to Charge Cameras
During use, if the App sends a low-battery message or the camera displays a low-battery warning, the camera needs to be charged.
Connect the USB power supply to the battery camera or solar camera.
When the camera indicator light is blinking blue, it means the camera is charging.
10. How to Connect Cameras to Solar Panels
- Connect the solar panel to the camera.
- Connect the camera, solar panels, and support bracket together.
- Install solar panels and cameras on the wall.

11. How to Pair Cameras into the Host (NVR)
Turn on the camera and place it near the wireless main unit at a distance of 30–100 cm.

Press and hold the Reset Button for 8 seconds while the battery-operated camera is turned on. The camera will confirm "reset successfully".

When the battery camera indicator blinks rapidly in red, the camera is in pairing mode.
Start the NVR. Right-click on the system main screen and select "wireless add". Check whether the camera has been added to your device. If so, click "EXIT". Otherwise, repeat steps 2 & 3.
